2004
Was the beginning of our journey. Over the time, we also develop the business sector. Following the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 with a focus that prioritizes research, security, a workforce capable of supporting technological developments and optimizing production needs, we continue to innovate by optimizing the country’s potential in the fields of public infrastructure, business and property.
2004-2007
We expanded our role as a housing developer, focusing on the city of Medan, North Sumatra. Real estate and property development through environmental design concept, is the focus of our business development. And in the
same year, we opened a Debt Free Company.
The company focuses on experienced management who continues to innovate by optimizing geographic potential, population, infrastructure and technology, as well as human resource development planning to build a sustainable property company.
2008
We started exploring new experiences. Opening opportunities for business people and investors who want to try to penetrate the world of industrial estates in North Sumatra, we provide industrial area land that can be used as a new industrial business area for you. To answer all your needs, allow us to introduce, our newest subsidiary this year, Sumallaca Integrated Industrial and Port Estate.
